如何開啟檔案 (eg...Execl)(編號：1974)

我想請問如何開啟檔案eg.....*.txt *.xls 之類
我只知shell(file.exe) 可開啟exe 檔
但其他檔又如何開啟
(只需開啟，開啟後不用再處理的)
