如何 shell or run 被改名成(.dat)其實是(.exe)的執行檔(編號：1601)

想寫個程式使用次數計次軟體
將原檔名改成(.dat) 然後利用自己寫的程式
去shell它
請問我該怎麼執行這個(.dat)的檔案呢？
