如何把dhtml or acrive x file upload 上網(編號：7329)

我已做了.html file,.dll file 和 .ocx file,
不過我不知如何放到網上
我試過把用封裝及部屬精靈做了一個.cab file
而且upload到網上
不過我的朋友都是用不到(active x not run)
